Primary Central Ohio Clubs
There is no one size that fits all for wrestling clubs. Decisions are primarily made based location, time of practices, and other team mates or work out partners participating. At the end of the day, all clubs are teaching wrestling. The same principles apply – fundamentals and position win. It boils down to hard work and wanting to get better. However, I do believe it is important to try for our wrestlers to get fresh faces outside of the Upper Arlington practice room as much as they can.

Beast Mode Wrestling
When: Sunday (Greco only), 3-4:30 PM; Monday-Thursday, 6:30-8 PM; beginning March 26

Hard Road Wrestling Club
When: Monday, Thursday, 4:30-6 PM, beginning April 1st
