Congrats to all our Upper Arlington Wrestlers.
Sectionals are always one of the most emotionally challenging days for the coaches, parents and kids.
On one mat a season ends, on another an extra week is earned, the third mat sees a career come to a close, and the fourth mat witnesses a smile of pure joy.
We got 5 kids through and an alternate.
Quaranta -189 took 3rd
Kilstrom – 160 took 4th
Furst – 140 took 4th
O’Neill – 135 took 4th
Pidcock – 112 took 3rd
and Gerhardt – 103 took 5th (Alternate)
Please support these wrestlers as they continue their post season run.
Practice will be at UA this week, unless otherwise noted.
Practices at UA are Mandatory for the above kids, very very strongly encouraged for their drill partners / in-team competition, and optional for others.

. Round 2: 7:30 pm -10:00 pm. Championship Quarterfinals
. Evening weigh-in: Weigh-outs should begin after the 145lb weight-class in Rnd 2 (Scratch + 3)
Session II: 9:00am Saturday, February 27th:
. Weigh-ins: 7:00 am – 8:00 am Only if needed (Scratch + 3)
. Coaches’ Meeting: 8:45 am
. Round 3: 9:00 am -11:00 pm Consolations I
. Round 4: 11:00 pm -1:00 pm Consolations II
. Round 5: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Champ. Semifinals/Consolations III

Gymnasium will be cleared and reset before finals
